BIOGRAPHY
Paras specializes in domestic and cross-border dispute resolution. His practice involves advising and representing sovereign states and private clients in national and international disputes across diverse jurisdictions, including India, the US, Egypt, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, and Malaysia as well as international arbitration institutions. Paras excels in pre-dispute advisory, risk minimization, and strategy development, along with conducting litigation and arbitration proceedings. Domestically, he practices law before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts, focusing on White-Collar crime, criminal defense, commercial disputes, and constitutional challenges. In addition to his extensive disputes practice, Paras also provides support on M&A transactions as well as general corporate advisory.
