Gagan Narang

Gagan is an Associate Partner in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Group, concentrating on domestic and cross-border commercial arbitration, corporate-commercial disputes, and pre-dispute advisory. Gagan’s extensive practice includes risk management, strategy development, and conducting litigation and arbitration proceedings. Internationally, he is a frequent presence in arbitrations before esteemed institutions such as the London Court of International Arbitration, the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre. On the domestic front, Gagan specializes in litigating before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts, covering areas such as taxation, white-collar crime, and real estate disputes.
