Anubhab Sarkar

Anubhab is the founding partner of the Firm, serving as its Managing Partner. With a specialized focus on guiding businesses through India’s complex regulatory landscape and facilitating the expansion of their operations, Anubhab has been instrumental in numerous cross-border mergers and acquisitions across the IT, ITES, e-commerce, and pharmaceutical sectors. His expertise extends to project finance transactions, encompassing both domestic and foreign lending. Anubhab is well-versed in dispute resolution, particularly international arbitration, and provides comprehensive counsel in corporate commercial matters and start-up advisory. In addition, he excels in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing finance and security documents in his capacity as a lender’s legal counsel.

Anubhab’s outstanding contributions have earned him recognition as future legal leader by India Business Law Journal (IBLJ).

Beyond his role as Managing Partner, Anubhab shares his wealth of knowledge as a visiting faculty member at some of India’s premier law schools. Moreover, he is an avid writer, contributing extensively to various legal topics.
