Ajay Kumar is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and licensed to practice law in India since 2013. With a diverse and robust professional background, Ajay has gained extensive experience in areas such as Commercial Litigation, White Collar Crime, Arbitration, Immigration Law, Taxation, Service Matters, Construction Matters, Labour Matters, and Constitutional Law.
Ajay has previously worked with leading law firms in India, where he honed his skills in managing complex legal matters. He has extensively briefed senior counsel in high-stakes cases, appearing before various courts and tribunals across the country. His pan-India dispute resolution capabilities have enabled him to represent clients in a wide array of legal forums.
