Triumvir Law represented WLDD Private Limited (WLDD), a leading meme marketing company in India, specializing in integrated and social media marketing with a focus on creative content creation, in its 100 per cent acquisition of Credwise Solutions Private Limited (Credwise).

Credwise is engaged in facilitating an easy-to-use and secure mobile app that enables members to share credit/money with their family/friends and consolidate all expenses onto a single card/account. The acquisition was completed for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition is a strategic move by WLDD to supercharge their tech product.
