We are thrilled to announce that Triumvir Law represented Stark Enterprises Private Limited also known as Trainman, a leading online train booking and information platform, in its acquisition by Adani Digital Labs, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises.
 
The deal team consisted of Anubhab Sarkar (Founding Partner), Aakash Parihar (Partner), Gagan Narang (Associate Partner) Ragini Chakraborty (Associate), and Sanyukta Agrawal (Associate).
 
Trainman, founded in 2016 by Vineet Chirania and Karan Kumar, has emerged as a prominent player in the railway ticketing space. The platform offers seamless train booking services and comprehensive information for travellers. It is India’s highest aggregating train booking platform.
 
We are proud to have been a part of this transaction, which represents a significant milestone for both Adani Digital Labs and Trainman, with the potential to revolutionize the Indian travel industry.
